Esprit Unique was born from my 20-year journey of growth and self-discovery. I created it as a space where anyone can find the support, clarity, and solutions they need—all in one place. Whether it’s a quick fix or deep transformation, we’re here to help you become self-sufficient and fulfilled.
My journey is shaped by my unique experiences, filled with both challenges and triumphs. Much of my expertise stems from personal encounters and the shared experiences of my friends, family, and clients, where I have provided guidance and support. With 12 years of experience in counseling, I have worked with diverse age groups, from children and young adults to middle-aged individuals and seniors. Through this journey, I've learned two crucial things:
Each phase of my life brought different experiences and lessons, enriching my knowledge and insight. These learnings have helped me develop strategies to navigate life’s challenges. I view problems and new ideas not as obstacles, but as opportunities for growth and experimentation. I've experienced both manifestations and miracles, as well as moments of lost faith in a higher power, whether you call it the universe, God, or something else.
From being a daughter to a homemaker, mother, and working professional, I've managed various aspects of life, becoming a holistic individual while helping others do the same. My journey spans living in a nuclear family to adapting to a joint family in an arranged marriage, being debt-free to taking loans to support my family, and guiding my child through birth defects and suicidal thoughts while working as a school counselor.
I pursued a master’s degree 18 years after my undergraduate studies, participated as a finalist in Mrs. India and a personality competition, and transitioned from being married for 18 years to becoming a single mother. I've experienced pregnancies, abortion, and adoption, navigating each with resilience.
My life has been a mix of highs and lows: from the loss of close family members to the joy of my children’s births, understanding love and the absence of it, distinguishing between duties and responsibilities, setting boundaries, ending relationships without guilt, feeling supported and unsupported, and taking on responsibilities. I believe life is what you make of it. No challenge is too big or small, and comparing challenges is unproductive. The values instilled by my parents and the experiences I've encountered have shaped me into the person I am today.
